Many years ago I briefly went through a skateboarding phase. It didn't last long, but something stuck with me for several years after: an innovative seen from "Girl: Yeah Right!," where the skaters painted their boards green, and then used video production techniques to remove them from the footage. The result looked like they were riding on invisible skateboards. Later, a skateboarder (named Danny Garcia, I believe) was inspired by the Girl: Yeah Right! video and made the opposite effect as a tribute: called "Shoes," he made himself green, and left only the skateboard (and shoes) visible. So first we have visible skaters on INVISIBLE boards. Then we have INVISIBLE skaters on visible boards. Clearly there's plenty of footage with completely visible skaters / boards, so the logical conclusion is INVISIBLE skaters on INVISIBLE boards! I decided to make this a reality:
